About the client
Entera is a cloud service for recognizing, validating, and automatically entering documents into accounting or inventory systems. The service uses artificial intelligence technologies, which ensures high recognition accuracy and high-quality matching and processing of documents in pdf, jpg, png, xls, xlsx, doc, and docx formats.
The task
Based on data from Bitrix24 exported to MySQL, build reporting in Google Looker Studio. The goal of the reporting is to monitor the SaaS platform's business metrics.
Goals

- →Prepare dashboards for staff in different departments to monitor key business metrics: MRR, deal conversion, plan attainment, and many others.

Development of dashboards for the cold and warm sales teams with tracking of plan attainment.

Creating a dashboard that forecasts payments in the following month based on previous payments.
Result
Dashboards were delivered for the finance, product, sales, and marketing departments. Work on building new reports is ongoing.
